Surely a Common Oleig, due to a combination of rather long, slim bill, head shape, slim build and attenuated appearance, in particular, the long tail projecting well beyond folded wings. Plumage wise, note strong loral stripe, contrasting upperparts, lower scapular and covert pattern, the former with broad pale outer margin (only) + extensive unmarked white underparts.
