This record sounds to me like a Snow Bunting (Plectrophenax nivalis), but this is highly improbable!
Any idea?

Yes, it my own record, from this night.
I record from my window, situated in a city, not far from a botanical garden (pond and plants from around the world)...
The weather was fine, no rain, some clouds, and not very hot (14-15°C). Not particularly windy (wind from the West).
This is a single call, there is nothing before nor after...
So, very doubtful ^^

Well, I first thought to an Ortolan which would be much more probable, and found a bit too low. But actually, listening to it again, you might be right =)
