While taking a walk today with my dogs I saw this bird in a tree overhead. Any idea what it could be?

Looks like a female Purple Finch to me - short, notched tail; heavy, chunky body; heavy bill; whitish throat; and rather well-defined streaking on the underparts.

No, I never got a chance to really look at it. I saw the bird and had just enough time to take the picture.
