Adrián S. Di Giacomo (fl. 2015) and his brother Alejandro G. Di Giacomo (fl. 2015) Argentinian ornithologists, ecologists, conservationists (syn. Sporophila iberaensis).

Full names should be Dr. Adrian Santiago Di Giacomo and Alejandro Giraudo Di Giacomo. There is a kind of story around the publication as Bernabé López-Lanús did not register his ePaper in ZooBank.

I do not know much more about them. Feel free to add any of value to this thread. According (ICZN 1999; Art. 31.1.2.) the name should have been Sporophila digiacomoorum.
