Sunbird, South-Africa (1 Viewer)

In the field, I identified this sunbird as a Southern Double-Collared Sunbird (it was my first sunbird ever) but now I notice the black instead of light belly... Am I right that this is a Marico Sunbird, although the band looks red and not purple?

Thanks, Niels

I'd say these were Marico.
Bill curvature, dark belly and the colour looks 'plummy' to me.

Marico is my choice too. Is the location wright for marico sunbird?

I don't know exactly where I took this picture but I think it was somewhere between Pretoria en Krüger.. I think Marico is the only option for a sunbird with black belly and a red/purple breast band in this area.

Thank you both for the ID
