Svbony (1 Viewer)

I see the Svbony SV406p ED 20-60 x 80 as a lower end scope has some quite good reviews. Interested if the SA401 APO 20-60 x85 is worth the extra cost over the 406. Has anyone compared both these scopes.

Interesting question, I've red about theses two scopes and choose to keep my money takin' the sv406p but if someone have done a direct comparaison I'll be happy to read it !

i have the 406 p while a birding buddy has the 401 apo. i haven't a - b'd them side by side, (because i didn't have mine with me), but my impressions of the apo was that it was very very good, perhaps probably better than the 406p (brighter?) (from memory).
what i don't like about the 401 is the helical focus ring. i prefer the two speed focus of the 406p. but that is a personal preference.
