I think Andy was thinking of White-rumped Swift, which breeds in the area (Grazalema NP). The shape is a better fit for that species (very long tail, wings proportionately short), but it's hard to be conclusive based on such single image (more images could change this impression).
Would you have any other images for this bird? And do you remember seeing its upperparts?
 
The long tailed kind.
No, I'd say the normal kind. Common swift and pallid swift have longer and more-forked tails than people give them credit for.
