Hi can anyone ID this bird taken today at Marine Park garden Singapore on the coast. I’m thinking Little or black naped?

I have no experience with this species, but checking a couple of field guide I would think this is Black-naped? Against Little is the lack of dark front of the arm on upperside of wing which little should show in non-breeding, when its head pattern is closest to this.
