Barr Tender
World: 730 ABA: 603 Latest Lifer: Saw-whet Owl

Hey folks,
So we're pretty well planned out and booked for a 5-day weekend, 1/2 phoenix and 1/2 Tucson, for 6 specifically targeted species, and 5 long-shots on the wish list.
I've just noticed that, SW of Tucson, recent sightings of Ferruginous Pygmy Owl produce the purple squares, but, due to its being a species of regional concern, zooming in does not produce site markers.
Does anyone know of a guide we might contact to take a couple of experienced, sensitive birders out for a shot at this would-be lifer?
Respond here, or send me a private message off-list.
Thanks
