unclear IDs at Koli National Park, Finland, (2 Viewers)

Hi all. I am not sure about the ID of these birds. The bird in the first two pics I think is a spotted flycatcher. Is the second bird a siskin? and finally, I am not really sure about the duck: it was not a medium size duck, brown/dark, in a lake. thanks!
