I had a pair of Leupold Cascade green ring binoculars which I broke both eye pieces on.
The binos were around 15 years old and the damage was entirely my fault.
I contacted Tom Atkinson at Viking Arms who are the UK dealer for Leupold and asked him if it was possible to buy replacement eye pieces.
He said Leupold have a life time warranty regardless of cause and for me to send the broken binoculars to them and he sent me a brand new pair of Leupold BX-2 Alpine HD binoculars which arrived today.
All in, it took less than two weeks and with absolutely no fuss.
Hats off to Viking Arms/Leupold for such superb service.
