Vintage Swift Binoculars Model (1 Viewer)

Hello Kdraven,

The first two digits of the serial number indicate that your specimen was made in 1976. In all likelihood it's a 7x18 center focus Model 730 Pointer, that was sold by Swift Instruments, Inc. from 1960 through the mid 1980s. I've attached a picture from their 1978 catalog.

Got a link to that whole catalog? Interesting to see what they regarded as Mark II quality at that time.

Be nice to see the possible link, if available? More recently have become a collector of Swift binoculars, quite confusing to to appreciate all the codes etc. Chris
koyote,
Have you read through this old thread?
