What is the bird singing that sounds like a Cerulean Warbler, although a little less buzzier? The bird can be heard most prominently around twenty seconds.

I don't think the OP is referring to the Parula song prevalent in the clip. I hear another warbler 3 times, the last and clearest at 41 secs, just before the House Wren. It is Cerulean like, but I am not familiar enough with that species to make a definite call.

Thank you very much for pointing out the song. That is indeed the bird I am referring to.
