A cisticola. You might get some joy from just this photo, but, to stand a better chance, it's best a) if you give the actual location and preferably b) post more photos especially any showing the upperparts.
 
I don't think there are many options there. It's not short-tailed so I'll go with Levaillant's. We've seen they can have red faces in another recent thread.
