It’s a Grey Wagtail - they can be occasionally be attracted to garden patios in the winter (I had one for weeks one winter) but a really nice bird for the garden.

Thank you very much, i have a pair of pied wagtails who have become reasonably tame ( ish ) they sort of attract your attention for a handful of mealworms. The new one is like their slightly better dressing cousin, its a lovely bird
