I have 4 or 5 bird feeders 10 feet off of my back porch. I want to purchase a spotting telescope or binoculars that offers impeccable clarity/magnification for such range. Any suggestions?

Also, one of my favorite birds to feed was the tufted tit mouse. They were so plentiful till about 10 months ago... I heard they have migrated north.. ??
