What is this red bird? (U.S.) (1 Viewer)

At first we were thinking tanager but the color and beak aren't right. This is a new one visiting my house, so I would like to know what it is.

Nice Summmer Tanager (lack of black wings and longer bill differ from male Scarlet) The greenish 'dots' and worn flight feathers tells you that it is a first summer bird (second calendar - born last summer).
