Which duck species? Southern Iran (1 Viewer)

There's no reason to think it's melanistic other than that it's a domestic bird with selectively-bred ancestors.
 
Looks fine for domestic-mallard-shape to me. I don't see any reason to consider hybridisation or, specifically, that Muscovy duck is involved. It's one of many many many different types of perfectly standard domestic duck.
