Below a raptor I saw in the Kruger Park, South Africa, in October 2018. On the road from Berg-en Dal Rest camp to Crocodile Bridge. One photo is heavily processed to make the bird lighter. Thanks!

Thank you! Maybe the opposite? According to Robert's Field guide for the Kruger it would be the Dark CGH. It does not mention the Pale one. Sasol maps don't give the Pale in the Kruger either.

I may be wrong indeed, let's say juv Chanting Goshawk and let's wait for people knowing Kruger
