THought I would put these pics on their own page so as not to clog up other ones.....

Thanks to Laurie (rollingthunder)for the tip (pun) off about the extraordinary collection of the Ravens here.

Also I had a flock of Starling doing the evening Murmuration over the edge of the quarry even though it was only 3.30.

Nice shots Keith, good light helps - i have had 60+ this Winter it might be possible to better that before they move off to breed, i'm surprised the numbers have'nt dropped substantially but they are still there. Forgot to mention the Starlings - there was about 200 when we were there and they were engaging in the same 'bunching' activity at midday, apart from a couple of loafing Buzzards we did'nt pick up any predators....
