Yellow-bellied Prinia? Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo (1 Viewer)

Location: Mangrove, Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo
Date: March 2023

I can't be sure if this is Yellow-bellied Prinia or Warbler of some kind. The tail looks like prinia to me but its body probably fluffed up, never seen a prinia in such before and the bill color is as is or it indicate as juvenile?
