That's certainly YB Bush warbler - I've uploaded a picture of the same species, which matches your bird perfectly. We took this picture at a lower site during early spring - the bird responded nicely to song.
YB Bush Warbler is one of the easiest of our Bush Warblers to ID on song - listen to these Xeno Canto recordings for the amazing noise it generates.

The other Bush warbler that can confuse on the top of Wawu, is the equally common and plainly marked Aberrant Bush Warbler. But this bird has a completely different song and less scolding call. A little playback soon separates these birds.

If you were the guy with the piece of plastic paper in his hand, I think we met up on Wawu a couple of weeks back. Bush Warblers are pretty good at this location - on the top we got - Yellowish-bellied, Aberrant, Brown, Spotted and Chestnut-crowned - while we saw Brown-flanked and Russet on the mountain bellow the cable-car.

All the best
Sid

Thanks for that. Yes, that was me. This bush-warbler cooperated very nicely with the plastic bag. The smaller parrotbills and bush-warblers up there really liked the plastic bag and allowed me to get very good photos with it. I will be posting several more phylloscopus, seicercus and cettia species for comment and confirmation. I am pretty sure in most cases, but always like peer feedback, especially as we try to go down to subspecies level. Any thoughts on the Blyth's Leaf-Warbler, I just posted?
