Vireo osburni

Identification

Nondescript in that it lacks both eye-ring and wing bars. Olive upper, yellowish lower, and grey head. Bill is robust and black, and the overall build is heavier than Jamaican Vireo

Distribution

Humid montane forests of north-western Jamaica.

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

Forests, montanes and plantations from 500-2,200 m.

Behaviour

Likes to feed within dense leaf cover
