- Greyish overall plumage
- White band across forehead and over eyes
- Rufous breast patch
- White patches at base of tail
Distribution
Asia: found in China, Tibet, Nepal
South Asia: India, Eastern and western Himalayas, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Taiwan, Hong Kong
Southeast Asia: Indochina, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand
