Hi everyone,
I'm new here, and I just wanted some help identifying the maker of the call I've been hearing from my house in Mount Waverley, Melbourne recently. The call is 5 notes long, shrill, with the rhythm, 1-2, 1-2-3. Sometimes it stops after the first two. The third note is higher, and the last two are lower. I've only seen it once, from a distance, sitting on top of the high power lines that run through the area. It seemed about the size of a small parrot or honeyeater. There seems to be only one of them. I've searched through some sound databases, to no avail.
cheers
