3 Birds I can't ID after a trip today Missouri (1 Viewer)

Any help would be great. First is a greyish woodpecker (saw him peck), second is what I think is a red shoulder hawk, just not sure, third I just dont know
 
third one above is wrong bird, here is the bird I cant ID
It's late in the season, so let us say it is a Hermit Thrush, I have seen one Jan 1st even. I was just pondering the woodpecker...it could only be red headed...when TheFalcon posted.
