Aging Red-rumped Swallow (1 Viewer)

Not an identification question but I would be grateful to hear opinions on the age of this Red-rumped Swallow I found at Spurn on 1st November.

I've read that both adults and juveniles have a complete moult sometime in the autumn/winter so I'm struggling to age it. Perhaps someone with experience of ringing them at this time of year might be able to help.IMG-20221104-WA0001.jpg

Does the richness of the colour suffusion have anything to do with age/moult or regional differences?
I ask because I’ve seen very pink birds and very white birds (the three at Walberswick today being very white-rumped).
