I live in Temecula California 1 hr north of San Diego… This is my third season of doves nesting on my patio. Two babies left the nest 3 days ago.. I don’t see the parents and the babies today as a babies were wondering around on the ground so they could’ve left the patio area but today another set of doves are refreshing and getting the nest ready again could this be another pair using the nest? Or the same set so soon?? I haven’t even had a chance to water the flowers that are hanging in baskets around the nesting area!!

Hi Diana and a warm welcome from me too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.

Hi, welcome to the forum. They do tend to nest quite often so a few days would not surprise me.
