Hi, I'm Nigel from Poole in Dorset on the South Coast of the UK. Have been birdwatching seriously for about 5 years and recently my son, 13, has picked up the baton as well. One of our favourite spots is the RSPB reserve at Arne.

Hi and welcome from Dorset. I'm glad to see your son is interested. My children range from 2-6 and are brilliant at bird scaring! Try this thread.
