Help with birdwatching in south Australia (1 Viewer)

Hi mochyn and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I can't really help with finding you a birder, but I did visit the Adelaide Hills area back in October/November 2019, so a relevant time of year.

For ideas of where to visit, have a look in my "Down Under" thread, linked to in my Signature below. Actually here is a direct link to the start of my trip in South Australia: Two Months of Lifers Down Under

We went up into the Adelaide Hills area on the first day after visiting Laratinga Wetlands (a must visit place). And also my last day after going to the Flinders Ranges returning via Gluepot and the Murray River. We went into a few Conservation Areas. Then I went over to Western Australia for the 4th part of my trip.

Hope this helps.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.

Welcome to Birdforum.

It might be worth looking through the board on Australia or posting in there for advice.
