Herring Gull and LBBG? NW Italy (1 Viewer)

in the 1st bird i'd have liked to see the tail and an open wing...tertials are not good for herring gull but better for YLG. it could be a retarded 3cy micha with head striation, retarded bill and less than usual grey feathers but i can't rule out HG (with mich-like tertials).

2nd is a michahellis.
