A couple of days ago we had an influx of birds on my oil platform. Some were definitely Chiffchaff. I thought the bird pictured was also a CC, but having been prompted to look at it again, the age old question of Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler has raised its head.

Chiff for me - short primary projection dark legs....

Primary projection would indicate Chiffchaff.

Emargination on p6 means chiffchaff too.
