Peregrine Falcon? Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo (1 Viewer)

Location: above lowland forest, Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo
Date: October, 2022, around 11am local time

Is this Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus peregrinator)? Only few far distance shots of this bird. My first time seeing such bird.

It's an adult, so definitely not peregrinator, which is characterised by different face pattern (broader moustache) and warmer to brighter rufous underparts, depending on population. And it is not ernesti Andy, moustaches are way too thin and the bird is too pale overall. ernesti Peregrine Falcon – Singapore Bird Group

Taxonomy is complex. Identifying wintering birds to race is problematic, both japonensis and callidus are possible at this time.
