Hello, I'm a birder from South Korea and it's my first time posting here! And shamelessly asking for ID help... Sorry
The pic is from my birding friend who visited Melbourn last July;
from Plenty Gorge Park, might be a female golden whistler but he thinks the bill is too short & stout.
Any help please?

I think it probably is - note feeble one-and-a-bit wing-bars and (really) tiny hook on bill-tip. Bill is maybe foreshortened a bit here.
