I have notes only of Red Legs, and Red on bill dark tip.
Does not look 'stocky' enough to me to be Bateleur.

Any insights?
I posted one w/ brightness enhanced.
I see Barring on the breast but is that real?

Could it be a Goshawk? (Gabar?)
Or Lizzard Buzzard?

Or am I way off?
Thanks.

I thought at first it was a harrier-hawk - but it must be a dark chanting-goshawk looking a bit weird. What looks (looked to me) like yellow facial skin is a leaf.
