South Africa Bird Tour Business (1 Viewer)

Hello all. I don't know if this is the right place to post this and if its not I will remove it.

I am looking to set up a birdwatching tour business in South Africa next year. It will not focus just on birds, which is the main area of the business, but all flora and fauna as well as human history in the cape will be catered for.

I have done a lot of research and found out quite a lot and it seems viable. Problems come with the visa which I need to look into more.

I wanted to know if anyone else has set up a business in South Africa and if so what where the most difficult aspects and how did you overcome them?

If anyone has any advice please I would really like some. Even if it seems obvious as I may have missed it or overlooked it else where.
