I was warned by someone who is very well-versed in genetics that it was thin, but even I (not a biologist) could have made that conclusion.
They give the least possible amount of evidence possible for a split and the data are not in agreement with those from earlier work by Päckert et al.
The morphological differences are not very convincing to me...

That's the publication date of the issue where it belongs. The article is just accepted in December and can be accessed online.
That's what I surmised, but I was highlighting the problem of maintaining the accuracy of reference lists at each turn of the year!
