Don't know if anyone visits this site - it's mainly good for butterflies. However, we went today and had a very unpleaseant encounter with a 'youth' and his very large 'bullmastiff' type dog- off lead. They both scared me to death, with no provocation whatsoever, he was extremely aggresive and foul-mouthed. We're in our 60's and no match for such an individual. Just wanted to tell anyone going there to be careful.

Where is this?

Sorry for the delay replying. It's near Evesham, entrance on B4510 near Cleeve Prior, SP072476 approx. Lovely site, though it'll be a while before I get the nerve to go again. At present, cattle are in the first section, so access is further along the public bridleway that runs alongside.
