Sigma "Bigma" 50-500mm lens (1 Viewer)

Hi after getting my hands on a Sigma 50-500mm lens and fitting my Nikon D50 to it
I'm finding it rather hard to find a bag suitable for carrying it I've looked at the Lowepro Slingshot range as I would like to remove the camera quickly and ready for action for this reason a shoulder bag rather than a rucksack type seems better.
Does anyone know of or can recommend such a item.

Look at the toploader bags from lowepro - beltbags rather than shoulder, but I find them very useful. The larger one (cant remember the name) fits my bigma and 1DsII, so should fit your combo OK.

Thanks.
I will take a look this weekend.
