African Fish Eagle
A true African icon; no water body would be complete without an African fish eagle nearby. These powerful birds of prey have an unmistakable call, which they use to mark their territory. Adults will fiercely guard their home turfs from any intruders. The females of this species are larger than males and they can catch fish of about their own weight.

PS: Spot the mega catfish under the talons of this big guy. :D
Scientific name
Haliaeetus vocifer
How brilliant is this! A fabulous capture of this eagle with his meal.
