Boat Tailed Grackle (Quiscalus major)

At first, I thought this was probably just an American Crow, but after researching the internet, it looks to be a Boat Tailed Grackle. (East Coast has brown eyes, Texas has yellow eyes) He was flirting with me at a dock in Kissimmee Florida, probably looking for a meal.
