Chipping Sparrows (Spizella passerina passerina) Eating small limestone gravel to help with digestion.
Habitat
Blackland Prairie Vegetation area. Small bare limestone clearing. Open roadside with scattered ashe juniper, hackberry and cedar elm at ca. 195 m (640 ft) elevation.
Location
South of Bell County Expo Center along Shanklin Road, Belton, Bell County, Texas, USA.

Def. a hotspot for sparrows with digestive problems. Great info and behavioural capture.
