Cooper's Hawk
Our resident Coopers Hawk.

I was walking out to one of the Eastern Bluebird nest boxes and he flew out of a tree & came within about 10 feet from me. Didn't have my camera at the time but he sat on this dead tree long enough that I was able to take these shots after I got back to the house.
