Commom Blue Morpho
Common Blue Morpho (Morpho helenor peledes: Nymphalidae) Wingspan 12.7-20.3 cm (5.0-8.0 in). Same butterfly that I posted yesterday flying around the rotten bananas.
Habitat
Tropical humid lowland broadleaf forest at 86 m (283 ft) elevation. Grounds planted to attract birds and butterflies (Lantana, Porterweed, Firebush, etc.).

Canopy Camp, Dariรฉn Province, Panamรก.
