Dusky Flycatcher (Muscicapa adusta)

This little guy was having a whale of a time feeding on a termite emergence, and was not in the least bothered by my presence. At times he was only a meter or so from me.
Habitat
Forest edges and glades, riverine forest and well-wooded gardens
Location
Kapishya Hot Springs, Zambia
Date taken
9th July 2006
Scientific name
Muscicapa adusta
Equipment used
Canon 20D, 100-400 lens
Lovely bird and good photographic work! Natural colors and contrast, excelent detail in the feathers, and the bird is in the right place looking into the image. All of us will improve by seeing good pictures like this. Thanks!

Amazing sharpness!

I'm about to buy a new lens to my 300d. And your photos have convinced me that the Canon 100-400mm IS is the right choice!
