Fresh and new
To the sides of the hide are some willow trees and other shrubber.

Heard a call and investigated through the windows and here was this delightful wee guy.... seems to have just come out of the nest in the last day and feeling rather hungry LOL

Oh how charming, Delia! Actually, having typed that, the thought occurs that for this bird, "charming" doesn't come into it, it's a matter of survival. I guess this is the most critical time for a young bird: not yet having fully mastered the skills to feed itself, and being very vulnerable to predators. Well, good luck to it, let's hope it survives to raise young of its own.

Anyway, a cracking good shot.
