In honor of Twosday (1) (Corvus frugilegus)

Since today is Twosday (22-02-2022, and a Tuesday), I thought I'd post some photos of twosomes. Here's a pair of rooks, taken ... two days ago ;)

I've been told that Trondheim can boast of having the northernmost rookeries in the world, and perhaps the northernmost of them all is this one, in some big old trees in a villa garden along the Lade Trail. There were 16 Rooks in the two biggest trees there, and 2 more flew in when I left to finish my hike. But eBird flagged them as uncommon, so I took some photos for documentation.
