Mandarin ducks
I feel like these belong here in the UK. I am always delighted to see them. But I never saw more than 2 at once, and here, there were 6 waiting for me, as if to distract me from the woodpeckers failing to put up an appearance

They are such attractive ducks these I think hypercolius...... and a marvellous picture you've taken of them too lad.

BTW our new system searches the Gallery finding images through information in the Tags. So, as well as entering the scientific name in the Scientific Name field, it also needs to be entered as a Tag, along with the common name and location (country at least).

Any other information you want to add to the Tags for your own use would be a bonus! I hope you can help with this.
