Plum-throated Cotinga (male)
Plum-throated Cotinga (Cotinga maynana) Male, species sexually dimorphic. Canopy tower platform in the Napo River floodplain. Tree canopy, on a platform that was 36 m 118 ft) above the ground in a Kapok tree (Ceiba pentandra: Malvaceae). The top of the tree was actually another 12-15 m (39-49 ft) above the platform. Napo Wildlife Center, Yasuni National Park, Orellna Province, Ecuador. Napo River floodplain, Ecuadorian amazonian rainforest at ca. 200 m (656 ft) elevation.

OMG!!! How beautiful he is Stanley!!! It's a few years since we last saw a picture of this guy come in, which is very sad.
