Grey Plover
Grey Plover (Pluvialis squatarola subsp. cynosurae) Sexes similar. Known in the USA as the Black-bellied Plover. High Island Beach, south of High Island, Galveston County, Texas, USA. On the upper end of Boliver Peninsula along the Gulf of Mexico.

I'm not sure I've ever seen one in summer plumage - they really are striking that way. I particularly like the way you managed to infuse a sense of motion into the picture.
